CoachMap uses the following third-party sub-processors to operate and deliver the Platform. All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. CoachMap remains fully liable for each sub-processor's compliance.
Clients will be notified of any additions or replacements at least 15 days in advance, in accordance with DPA 5.
To object to the use of a sub-processor, contact us at privacy@coachmap.io within 15 days of notification. If the parties cannot resolve the objection, either party may terminate the affected service without penalty, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
